Orders and Returns
Orders must be received by 4:00PM EST in order to ship out in stock parts the same day.
All back order items will be notified via email if a valid email is on file.
Larger orders may require more time in advance for packing.
You must contact us for a return authorization number (RMA #) prior to returning parts.
Parts do not qualify for a refund after 60 days of purchase and/or without an RMA #.
Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
We do not accept returns on special orders for non-stock items.
