Middleby Speed Controller part # 60542

This speed control is used on all of the Middleby Marshall Ovens. It is used to control the speed of the conveyor belt on your oven which controls just how fast your product goes through your oven. This is also the upgraded version of this control changing it from the old analog control to the new digital control.

This particular Speed Control is used on the Middleby Marshall PS200, PS360, PS360WB, PS360EWB, PS360WB70, and the PS570.

This is a great addition to an older model oven as well. The timing on a digital control will be much more accurate and will help in controlling the speed to make that perfect pizza.
